Editing your registration and /or accommodation
I can not longer attend conference, how can I make a replacement?
If you have a replacement to make do this via email@example.com
Please advise the name of the registered delegate, the name of the replacement and the replacement's contact details.
Accommodation - I need to change my accommodation booking for the conference, what do I do?

with the amendment. Please note that charges may apply if the change is made within 30 days of your arrival.
Can I pay when I arrive at the conference/meeting?
To ensure your onsite registration process is efficient, payment is required prior to the conference/meeting. Any outstanding money will be requested onsite and can be paid by credit card. Please note all invoices must be paid in full before entry can be given.
