NZSO Membership
If you are unsure of your membership status please contact Mandy Train mandy@conference.nz to confirm. All current members will receive an email prior to registration opening confirming their registration status and membership number. You must provide this membership number during the registration process to access the member registration fees.
If you are not a member and register as a non member for the full conference you will be automatically given a membership valid until 31/03/24 on receipt of payment.

Scenic Hotel Te Pania | Across the road from venue - FULL
Scenic Hotel Te Pania enjoys a waterfront location on Marine Parade, overlooking Hawkes Bay. It features a restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining, and rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows with high floors offering beautiful sea views. Guests enjoy free WiFi.
All air-conditioned rooms include flat-screen satellite TV, and tea/coffee making facilities. The en suite bathrooms are equipped with guest toiletries, a hairdryer and fluffy towels. Pacific View rooms have mini-bars and bathrobes.
The Scenic Hotel Te Pania offers a guest laundry, 24-hour reception and an internet kiosk.
The Curve Restaurant & Bar offers views of Marine Parade and serves an à la carte menu featuring local produce. The bar offers an extensive wine list, including many wines from the Hawkes Bay region.

Expressotel | 700m from venue - FULL
Located opposite the picturesque Clive Square, Expressotel is 7-minutes’ walk from the waterfront at Marine Parade. It offers modern rooms with flat-screen TVs. Guests enjoy free WiFi.
The air-conditioned rooms have a desk, a refrigerator and tea and coffee making facilities. Each room has an en suite bathroom with a shower.
Reception is open until 9pm, if arriving after this time please contact the hotel within 24 hours of your arrival date to obtain late check-in instructions.
King Studio | $179

Quality Inn | 900m from venue
Quality Inn Napier offers free WiFi, and free parking, pool, room service, and a guest laundry. Guests also enjoy an onsite restaurant and a bar.
Situated directly opposite the Pacific Ocean, Quality Inn Hotel Napier is a 5-minute walk from Napier city centre. Hawke's Bay Airport is a 15-minute drive away.
Each studio and apartment includes satellite TV, ironing facilities and a kitchenette. All accommodation includes a private bathroom. Some studios include a bath.
Reception is open until 9pm, if arriving after this time please contact the hotel within 24 hours of your arrival date to obtain late check-in instructions.

Hotel terms and conditions
- Rates are per room per night and include 15% GST (goods and services tax). Rates do not include breakfast.
- Accommodation cancellations within 45 days of the NZSO Conference 2023 are subject to a cancellation fee based on individual hotel policies.
- Credit card details are required at the time of booking as a guarantee only, your card will not be charged. All accommodation charges must be settled directly with the Hotel prior to departure. No invoice will be issued.
- In case of your non arrival or late cancellation, the hotel will be given access to your card details to charge the appropriate cancellation fee.
- Credit card details are encrypted in the online registration system database and stored in an electronic vault. The payment service provider EventsAIR, is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. This means your card data is protected to the highest possible levels, from data entry into our online registration sites, through to payment into the banks.
- If you wish to charge back your accommodation this can be done at check-out if your organisation has made an arrangement directly with the hotel concerned. If a charge back has been arranged, please notify Leanne at Conference Innovators.
- If when booking your hotel, the online system indicates it is full please email Leanne Sherwood leanne@conference.nz with your preferred hotel and dates and she will be able to assist you. The hotel may not be full, your dates may fall outside the dates held by the organisers.
