Early career networking function

This networking event is an opportunity to establish relationships with your peers and allow students and those in early/mid stages of their careers (those within 5 years of their highest qualification may benefit the most) to meet with mentors who are experienced researchers and clinicians in order to facilitate career development, collaborations and support. Topics may include ‘International collaboration and opportunities’, ‘Applying for Grants’, ‘Relationship building and collaboration with indigenous populations’, ‘Working in the industry/Collaborating with the industry’, and more. Mentors will rotate across groups in a speed dating style set up, providing opportunity for all attendees to ask questions and develop relationships.
Refreshments will be provided and registration for attendees and mentors is essential, please indicate your role on the form.
Space is limited so please only indicate your attendance if you are committed to attending.

Posters will be on display and we recommend you take this opportunity to engage with the authors who will be available to answer questions during this time.

For our conference dinner, the theme is "OSCARS: Oncology Scientific Cancer Care And Research Super Stars
Dress to impress as though you are attending the OSCARS for the evening. This is our chance to get together and celebrate our 2026 award winners. There may even be a chance you will be snapped by paparazzi and, as always, entertainment you won't want to miss!
