Options for NZSO 2026

We are pleased to offer a range of accommodation options for delegates attending NZSO 2026. Whether you are planning a short stay or extending your time in Wellington, a selection of hotels has been secured to suit a variety of preferences and budgets.

We encourage delegates to book accommodation early via the registration form to access exclusive conference rates and secure availability during this busy period.

Museum Apartment Hotel

Oaks Hotel Wellington

Oaks Wellington Hotel offers refurbished accommodation in the heart of Wellington’s entertainment precinct. Boasting spectacular city views, within close proximity to the waterfront, the hotel features a range of convenient amenities including an on-site restaurant and bar, meeting facilities, car parking and gym facilities.
All rooms feature tea/coffee making facilities, a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

TRYP by Wyndham Wellington

Studio room - $229 per night, room only

In the heart of the central business district, enjoy the contemporary comforts of TRYP by Wyndham Wellington, Tory Street. This heritage building is a short walk from Tākina Wellington Convention & Exhibition Centre and Te Papa. Pop online using free high-speed WiFi, and work out any time in the 24/7 gym. 

Each guest room features a free minibar, mini-refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, flat-screen HDTV with HDMI connectivity, sitting area, desk, ironing amenities, hair dryer, and welcome gift while suites boast a kitchen and laundry facilities. 

ACCOMMODATION

Terms & conditions

  • All rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollar (NZD) and inclusive of 15% GST (Goods and Services Tax).
  • Cancellations or reductions to accommodation made within 30 days of the conference are subject to a cancellation fee based on individual hotel policies.
  • A credit card is required at the time of booking, the details are stored securely in our encrypted payment portal.
  • In the event of a non-arrival or late cancellation, the hotel may access your card details to charge the applicable cancellation fee.
  • If you would like to request an invoice to prepay accommodation, please contact sarah@conference.nz.
  • If you are booking on behalf of a delegate and would like the accommodation charged to your organisation or to a credit card the delegate will not have with them, please contact sarah@conference.nz.
  • If accommodation costs are being covered by a third party (e.g. a corporate travel agent), please provide a letter confirming which charges are to be covered and send it to sarah@conference.nz.
  • If the online booking system shows your preferred hotel as fully booked, please email sarah@conference.nz with your preferred hotel and dates. The hotel may still have availability outside the dates held in the room block.
