Invitation
We offer you the opportunity to align your organisation with the New Zealand Society for Oncology (NZSO) Conference. This will provide the opportunity to attract the attention of, and interact with 250 researchers, consultants, nurses, registrars, scientists and many others from the oncology sector. Our catering and networking space will be open over three days giving you plenty of engagement with delegates.
The conference will held at the Dunedin Centre, 9 - 11 October 2025.

Terms and conditions
- Package allocation will be given to previous sponsors until 11 April 2025. Following this date allocation will be on a ‘first in basis’.
- New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 15% is applicable to all goods and services offered by the Conference organisers and all prices in this document are exclusive of GST.
- GST is calculated at the date of publication of this document. The Conference organisers reserve the right to vary the quoted prices in accordance with any movements in the legislated rate of the GST.
- All monies are payable in New Zealand dollars.
- Sponsorship will be allocated only upon receipt of an online booking. Full payment is due within 20th of the month following the date of invoice. If invoiced within 30 days of the month of the conference full payment is due prior to the conference.
- Application for sponsorship does not mean automatic acceptance and NZSO reserves the right to refuse any sponsor application at it's sole discretion.
- If your sponsorship relates to an item in the programme (i.e. symposium) you will be asked to sign an agreement relating to our programme and speaker guidelines.
CONTACT DETAILS
By submitting the online sponsorship application you have given your consent for us to store your personal data. Your personal data will be retained by Conference Innovators and NZSO for up to 24 months after the conclusion of this Conference. Exhibitors details will be shared with Exhibition Hire Services to confirm signage, design and furniture requirements for your stand.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- NZSO reserve the right to cancel or change the venue and duration of the event in case of circumstances beyond their control. In such case all monies paid to date will be refunded in full less any expenses incurred. The liability of the organisers will be limited to that amount. We will not be liable for any expenses incurred by you in preparation of material for the conference or supply of goods and services.
- In the case of cancellation by the sponsor, notification in writing should be sent to the conference organiser. A refund of fees paid (less a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the sponsorship) will be made to any sponsor cancelling before 20 June 2025. No refunds will be provided after this date.
- Participation as a sponsor is at the discretion of the organisers and the organisers reserve the right to approve partnership materials.
